HYROX pace calculator
Pick a target finish time. Get the run pace and the split for every station.
Estimate based on a typical Open race, not a prediction or guarantee. Your own splits will vary with your fitness, strengths and the course. Train and race at your own risk; see our Terms.
How to use your splits
Run the first kilometre at or slightly slower than your target pace. Most people go out too fast, then lose minutes on the sleds and wall balls.
Check your watch after each station, not during it. If you're more than 30 seconds behind, don't chase it on the next run. Take it back on the final kilometre.

Quick answers
How is the split estimate calculated?
We start from a typical 1:30 Open race and scale every run, station and transition to your target time. It's a starting point, not a prediction.
What run pace do I need for a 1:30 HYROX?
Roughly 5:50 per km across all 8 runs, with about 37 minutes on stations and 6 minutes in transitions.
Why are transitions so long?
The transition zone (Roxzone) adds walking between the run track and each station. Most people lose 5 to 8 minutes there in total.
